Your English works.
Until the algorithm scores it.
- You have an interview coming up, in English.
- You've been invited to an async video interview (HireVue, Modern Hire, Sonru or one of the others) and you're not sure what it grades against.
- You're B1 or above, but your mind empties at "Tell me about yourself."
- You'd rather walk in prepared for both the AI screen and the human than hope the words arrive on the day.
Not for complete beginners. Not a general English course. One goal, thirty days.
Four weeks. One arc.
Each week builds on the last, from a raw baseline to an answer that clears both the AI screen and the human interview.
Build your story
A baseline recording: the version of you the AI would score today. Then the past, present, future shape every strong answer follows, and how to put a number on what you did. By Day 7, a clear version of yourself in under two minutes.
Tell it under pressure
STAR storytelling and tense control: the difference between describing what happened and an answer that lands. Five stories (leadership, conflict, failure, initiative, achievement), each one bent to fit different questions. The tenses AI scoring models flag are drilled explicitly.
The hard questions
Weaknesses. Salary. Gaps in the CV. The frames that make honest answers sound considered, not defensive, and short enough to survive the strict time limits of an async interview. Plus how to buy thinking time, and the questions to ask back.
Run the interview
Small talk, recovering when an answer goes wrong, and a primer on the async one-way format. Then two mock interviews across five rounds, and a session on pace and stress. On Day 28, the Day 1 question again, now coached. Your live checkpoint with Henri-Pierre opens on Day 27, and your certificate follows once all 30 days are done.
Three parts.
Fifteen minutes.
Every day follows the same shape: a warm-up on what you did yesterday, one new pattern with a short drill, then a recording where you use it for real. Day 19 works on thinking time and filler words, and Day 26 on pace and sentence stress: the exact signals AI screening tools score against. Day 24 is a full async-format primer: what the AI is grading, and how to give it what it's looking for without losing the human on the other side.
Enrol and startDay 1.
Day 28.
Side by side.
You record the same interview question at the start and at the end. Nobody has to tell you it worked. You hear it, side by side, on Day 28. The certificate is yours to keep.
Start your baselineWhat you can do.
Deliver a 60-90 second self-introduction (past, present, future) with a quantified result, without notes.
Tell five rehearsed STAR stories (leadership, conflict, failure, initiative, achievement) in clean past tense.
Recognise the question type behind any prompt and pick the right structure within five seconds.
Buy thinking time with three native-sounding phrases that don't sound like stalling.
Answer the weakness question in under a minute, without apologising and without a fake weakness.
Deliver an async video answer that clears the pace, filler, and directness thresholds AI screening tools grade against, without sounding coached.
Three ways in.
All three include the full 30 days, with every answer marked within minutes: everything you need to clear both the AI screen and the human interview. Three Roles adds a tailored dossier per uploaded job, so the answers you drill are the exact answers those roles will ask for. Three Roles + Coaching adds two more live sessions with me: one mid-course on the questions that matter most for your roles, and one just before your real interview.

Early days, on purpose.
FAQ.
- B1 or above. If you can write a paragraph in English and hold a conversation, you're ready. It isn't for complete beginners.
- You can compress the course: each day unlocks as soon as the one before is marked, so two a day is possible. Add your interview date when you start: if it is less than a week away, your live checkpoint opens early, so you can have it before the interview.
- Nothing happens. Your lessons stay where you left them, and there are no streaks. You have 45 days to finish the 30: the course plus a two-week buffer. After that the lessons close, but your marks, transcripts and certificate stay in your account. The audio of your recordings is deleted 60 days after you record it.
